Partner
Dr. Johannes Conradi FRICS ist Rechtsanwalt. Viele Jahre war er Partner bei Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Als langjähriger Global Head of Real Estate hat er dort die internationale Beratungspraxis der Kanzlei im Immobiliensektor wesentlich aufgebaut und entwickelt.
Mehr als drei Jahrzehnte berät er nationale und internationale Investoren, Projektentwickler und Finanzinstitute sowie die öffentliche Hand insbesondere bei größeren Immobilientransaktionen, Immobilienfinanzierungen, Projektentwicklungen und Joint Ventures.
Daneben war er viele Jahre Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender, Vorsitzender des Prüfungsausschusses und Vorsitzender des Personalausschusses der alstria office REIT-AG.
Er wird als führender Branchen- und Unternehmensexperte angesehen, der Vorständen, Geschäftsführern, Aufsichtsräten sowie Gesellschaftern von Immobilienunternehmen in allen Phasen der Unternehmensentwicklung erfolgreich zur Seite steht
Dr. Johannes Conradi ist Lehrbeauftragter der ADI Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft, stellvertretender Vorsitzender des ICG Institut für Corporate Governance in der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft, Präsidiumsmitglied des ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss sowie Mitglied in verschiedenen Aufsichts- und Beiräten.
Karin Groß MRICS ist Diplom-Kaufmann und Immobilienökonom mit rd. 30 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft und baute Managementkompetenz auf Projekt- und Unternehmensebene, bei Gründung, Aufbau und Implementierung neuer Geschäftsbereiche sowie der Umsetzung von Change Management Prozessen auf.
Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Institutioneller Immobilienanlagen in Deutschland, Europa und USA, im Management großvolumiger breit diversifizierter Portfolios entlang des gesamten Rendite-/Risiko-Spektrums sowie in Portfoliostrategischen Fragen und Restrukturierungsaufgaben. Sie verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektentwicklung, Bewertung, Beratung, Asset-, Portfolio- und Fondsmanagement.
Sie sammelte über die Jahre Erfahrungen im Umgang mit nationalen und internationalen Investoren im Zusammenhang mit großvolumigen Portfolio- und Einzeltransaktionen mit einem Volumen von insgesamt über 6 Mrd. EUR.
Bis 30.06.2022 leitete sie die Kapitalanlage Immobilien der Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe, einem der größten deutschen berufsständischen Versorgungswerke mit einem global investierten, breit diversifizierten Immobilienportfolio von rd. 3,8 MRd. EUR Assets under Management in unterschiedlichsten Strukturen. Die Kapitalanlage Immobilien wurde vielfach ausgezeichnet.
Sie ist Lehrbeauftragte der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht und war langjähriges Mitglied des Fachbeirats des FondsForums. Zudem ist sie Autorin verschiedener Immobilienwirtschaftlicher Artikel und Fachbuchbeiträgen.
Martin Rodeck, Dipl.-Bauingenieur / civil engineer, was long term Executive Managing Director of EDGE in Germany. Other professional positions he had at Siemens Real Estate, IVG Immobilien AG and ECE Projektmanagement.
Martin Rodeck sits on the Executive Committee of the ULI Urban Land Institute and has been the ULI Local Chair Berlin since 2019. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the ZIA German Property Federation and, as Chairman of the ZIA Innovation Think Tank, has been responsible for the strategic management of the topic of innovation & digital in the German real estate industry since 2015.
He is considered one of the leading experts in the field of “digital transformation” in the real estate industry and supports established companies as well as start-ups with his expertise. Since 2021 he has been sitting a member of the advisory board of BeyondBuild, an investment company for digital business models and products.
Nonetheless his core field of experience is project development with its multidimensional challenges in land acquisition, planning & building rights, product design, construction, corporate advisory & leasing as well as financing and capital market transaction.
Christian Schulz-Wulkow FRICS has a master’s degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) and a degree in real estate (Immobilienökonom ebs) and served until recently as managing partner of EY Real Estate. He built up and lead the consulting and transaction business of EY and Sector Leader of the Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction Sector of Germany, Switzerland and Austria with about 600 experts. Over his 30 years in business, he established Real Estate Consulting in Germany.
Main focus of his work is M&A and transactions, restructuring and strategy- and transformation consulting.
He is advising national and international institutional investors and property companies, financial institutions, corporates as well as the public authorities in M&A and transaction consulting by in/divestment, capital raising, portfolio- and corporate transactions, single deals as well as project development. He personally led transactions of about 50 bn EUR.
The current work in the strategy, restructuring and transformation business is influenced by the major challenges out of the capital and investment market and further regulatory requirements and still necessary digitalization.
Christian Schulz-Wulkow is Fellow of the RICS, member of the board of ZIA, the German property federation, chairman of IMMOEBS e.V.. He is among other member of the advisory body of state-owned housing company WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Mitte (with about 35.000 housing units and major commercial stock). He is publisher/author of various real estate studies and books.
Prof. Dr. Kerstin Hennig ist seit November 2023 Professorin für Real Estate an der Frankfurt School of Finance und baut dort das Real Estate Institute auf.
Nach ihrem Studium der Betriebswirtschaft an der European Business School in Oestrich, London und Paris sowie der Promotion zum Dr. rer. pol. an der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht war Prof. Dr. Kerstin Hennig 26 Jahre in der Immobilienbranche mit den Schwerpunkten Real Estate Management und Investment tätig. Ihre bisherigen beruflichen Stationen waren unter anderem bei debis Immobilienmanagement, Tishman Speyer Properties, UBS AG, die IVG Immobilien AG und Groß & Partner. Parallel war Kerstin Hennig regelmäßig als Dozentin und Lehrbeauftragte an verschiedenen Hochschulen und Instituten tätig.
2018 bis Okt. 2023 leitete Prof. Hennig das Real Estate Management Institutes an der EBS Universität.
Sie lehrt und forscht auf dem Gebiet der Immobilienökonomie mit den Schwerpunkten Real Estate Sustainability (ESG), Innovation & Entrepreneur- and Leadership, City Development sowie Real Estate Management.
Frau Prof. Hennig ist Mitglied des Executive Committees des Urban Land Institutes (ULI), Präsidiumsmitglied des iddiw – Institut der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft e.V. und Mitglied des Vorstands des ZIA Deutschland Mitte. Ferner hat sie ein Mandat als Aufsichtsratsmitglied der DWS Grundbesitz GmbH sowie der DEMIRE AG.
Dr. Hans Volkert Volckens verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der operativen Führung von Immobilienunternehmen. Zu seinen Stationen gehören u.a. die Hannover Leasing GmbH & Co. KG, IC Group AG, IVG Immobilien AG und die CA Immobilien Anlagen AG.
Zuletzt war er Head of Real Estate & Asset Management sowie EMEA Head of Real Estate Advisory der KPMG und hat die erfolgreiche Neuausrichtung des Geschäftsbereiches Real Estate verantwortet.
Dr. Volckens ist anerkannter Spezialist für die professionelle Führung von Unternehmen in Zeiten des starken Wandels sowie die erfolgreiche Unterstützung von Management und Aufsichtsrat in entsprechenden Unternehmensphasen.
Er ist u.a. Lehrbeauftragter der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, Vorsitzender des Steuerausschusses des Zentralen Immobilien Ausschusses e.V. sowie Vorstand des Instituts Corporate Governance für die Immobilienwirtschaft e.V
